職位描述：

-負責全國范圍內建筑智能化項目銷售，完成樓宇行業銷售計劃；

-負責項目銷售全過程，包括項目跟蹤、咨詢、需求分析、立項評審、商務交流，協調與業主、系統集成商、招標代理的關系；

-熟悉樓宇自控產品，能根據客戶需求制定樓宇自控產品解決方案；

-精通市場營銷，了解市場需求，提供市場分析報告。

職位要求：

-自動控制、暖通、空調等相關專業畢業，本科及以上學歷；

-5-10年銷售或市場工作經驗，有相應職位經歷。有建筑智能化、建筑工程、弱電系統工程等行業背景銷售經驗者優先；

-熟悉工程項目（住宅、建筑樓宇等）招投標流程，具備標書制作經驗，熟悉房地產 行業或地產商、設計院，有良好業務關系者優先；

-熟悉其它主流品牌樓宇控制產品者優先。
