·High-quality permanent magnet generator:
An insulation material with the UL approval was used for the magnet generator, and the bearing made by overseas company was also adopted in its drive system, each of our generator is under strictly testing to ensure the generator's high effective and safety; to install the precision conductive slip ring and loss power brake to ensure the generator stop working in the un-control condition so to protect the system's security; to install Optical Part for the measurement of the yawing system and ensure its accuracy as well as its power generating efficiency.

·Intelligent Controller:
The wind turbine system's real-time accurate monitoring is the basis of total system control and grid power generation, also will impact the complete wind turbine system's security and reliability. Based on the automatically detection and signal processing technology, it will be building a multi-parameter detection processing system, gathering any multi-parameter which from wind speed, wind direction, generator rotor speed, voltage, current, etc.. and using signal processing technology to make analysis, thus finish the wind turbine system parameter's measurement, and improve the efficiency of wind energy utilization. The main parameter included the following items:
Wind parameters-wind speed, wind direction;
Power parameters-grid voltage, the generator output voltage and current;
The generator's status parameters-rotor speed, temperature, cable reversed, mechanical brake status, etc.
The yawing parameters
This controller can be extended and realize the wireless close monitoring (ZIG-BEE) and Remote Monitoring (GPRS).
智能控制器:
風力發電系統中多個參數的實時準確的監測,是整個系統控制和并網發電的基礎,關系到整個風力發電系統的安全性和可靠性。以自動檢測和信號處理技術為基礎,構建多參數檢測處理系統,采集風速、風向、發電機轉速、電壓、電流等多路參數,利用數字信號處理技術進行數據分析和處理,完成風力發電系統多參數的測量,定量了解風力資源,對風力發電系統進行監測,提高風能的利用效率。風力發電系統監測的主要參數如下:
風力參數—風速、風向;
電力參數—電網電壓、發電機輸出的電壓、電流;
機組狀態參數—轉速、溫度、電纜扭轉、機械剎車狀況等。
偏航參數的測量
本控制器可擴展并可實現無線近距離監控(ZIG-BEE)和遠程監控(GPRS)。
