MECAL已經準備了一套完善的操作流程來確保員工執行公司的質量保證標準。這套流程會在公司質量體系中進行說明。

　　對全部實際工作，責任和對員工及關鍵客戶的授權內容提供清晰的概覽綜述。

　　從實踐中不斷積累知識，并應用于項目、產品和業務流程的完善。

　　確保所有的重要數據（交流，協議，方法，結果等）在項目中以及項目結束后的至少5年內，可繼續為客戶提供有效工作。

　　確保我們的項目、產品、業務流程的質量和連續性。（一位合格的工作伙伴必須能夠用最少的能耗來高效接管前續工作）。

　　MECAL應用電子工程管理系統來規范日常項目管理工作。MECAL使用的系統是ERP系統（項目管理信息系統）。應用該系統來達到以下基本目標：

　　儲存和跟蹤出入項目文件

　　儲存文件模板，利用數字和追蹤系統自動生成文件

　　時間管理

　　財務管理

　　存儲客戶信息數據

　　MECAL uses an integrated electronic project management system to manage the day-to-day administration of projects. The system MECAL uses is an ERP system, and is used for among others the following principle purposes:

　　Storing and tracing Incoming and Outgoing Project documentation

　　Storing document Templates and Automatically creating documents with unique numbering and tracking system

　　Time management

　　Financial administration

　　Storing Databases of Client Information
