職位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Focus on GVOS (Gamesa Value Operating System) implementation and continuous improvement in Gearbox Line: he/she will Concentrate on Leanl Fundamentals work through the using the typical Lean Tools of 7S, OEE, TPM, MIFD(Material and Information Flow Diagram), MIFA(Material and Information Flow Analysis), Standardized work implementation, SMED, etc.
2.Implement andl improve Pull System finally on line, SMED, to delete the wastes, get cost down, low down stock level in plant
3.Shoot problems on the flow inner plant, tol update the production data to meet the KPI on Quality, Productivity hours, OEE, Lead Time, Stock on line.
4.Organize and train the team members to realizel the target.
5.Weekly report to manager about the status through followingl action plan
6.Response to build up the new action plan to achieve the newl target yearly
7.Assistant to the manager on the related field work ofl department.
Requirements;
1.Bachelor and related majors with good English competence of Speaking and writing,
2.More than 2 years Lean Manufacturing experience at least in thel industrial field with the outstanding achievement on 7S, TPM, Value Stream Mapping building, Problem-shooting, and pull system.
3.More than 3 years ofl process work is preferred
4.More than 2 years of Engineering workl
5.Excellent skill of soft wares of Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
6.Excellent skilll of AutoCAD or one of 3D of drawing soft wares (e.g. Solid works, Pro-E…)
7.Strong sense of team work and communication skill
8.Ability to launchl & create a SMART action plan
9.Quick type speed, good habitl & horizon, with good behavior are the basic.
